WIAW: A Typical Day

One of the most common blogs I see on the Internet are "What I Ate" blogs...everyone loves to see what other people are eating, whether it's to get meal ideas, for reassurance that your own meal choices are "normal," or just because you like looking at pictures of food.

Here's MY "What I Ate Wednesday" post...a typical day in the life of Isabel.

I started my day around 5 am with a cup of coffee from my beloved Keurig, sweetened with Stevia and a little homemade coconut milk.

Breakfast at 6 am: Chocolate Greek Yogurt made with chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt, and 1 Tbsp homemade almond butter

Lunch

Morning snack at 8 am: Frittata made from organic eggs, spinach, and onions with carrots on the side

Lunch around noon: I just threw together a bunch of random items I found in the fridge...leftover salad from last night's dinner, curry cauliflower and onions, 1 small piece of leftover salmon, leftover frittata, and 1 small piece of avocado.

Afternoon Snack: I was out all afternoon, but I did have a Raw Crunch bar in my purse to snack on.

Dinner: We cooked up some grass-fed burgers and served them with cauliflower rice and salad with my famous salad dressing on top.
