    For some reason, donuts remind me of fall. Of course, they're delicious year round, but they taste particularly good on a lazy autumn morning.

    Now you're probably saying to yourself, "Isabel, really? Donuts? I've already been tempted enough this month."

    But today, I have a healthier donut recipe for you to include in this weekend's breakfast...

    Cinnamon Sugar Glazed Pumpkin Spice Donuts!

    One of the best things you can do for your health is skip the processed foods. This means making your own food at home... an idea that scares many people.

    Make my own food? What are you, crazy? I don't have time for that.

    Sure you do! Let's start with one of the easiest foods to make at home (but one that most people don't ever think to try making)...NUT BUTTER!

    There are many advantages to making your own nut butter, but the biggest is that you know EXACTLY what goes into it. You can also add flavors to it, and it will keep in the fridge for a month or two (which means you only need to make it once a month)!

    Blueberries are one of the most nutrient-dense and highest-antioxidant foods in the world. Native to North America, blueberries are in season from April to late September, making spring and summer the perfect time of year to incorporate this antioxidant-packed fruit into your meal plans.

    While plenty of people enjoy simply snacking on fresh blueberries, another classic way to enjoy these delicious berries is in muffin form. And there is no shortage of healthy blueberry muffin recipes inside the Beyond Diet community!
